WCPE Expands Listenership Partners with Missouri Southern State University Station KXMS 88.7 FM
WAKE FOREST, N.C. (June 27, 2008) - TheClassicalStation.org announces today its new partnership with Joplin, Missouri's 88.7KXMS/Fine Arts Radio International®. The Missouri Southern State University station will rebroadcast WCPE's programs daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during school vacations, as well as at various times while classes are in session.
"88.7KXMS/Fine Arts Radio International® is happy to partner with WCPE to bring our Four State Area listeners a variety of new programming and on-air voices," says Jeff Skibbe, general manager of KXMS. "The service allows us to offer unique programming in a competitive classical/fine arts radio environment, and the information-rich Web site is a nice bonus for the curious classical listener."
As part of its mission of providing Great Classical Music, 24 Hours A Day to everyone everywhere, WCPE has radio affiliates in nine states, as well as cable affiliates throughout the nation that rebroadcast its programming.
